The New improved Attitude Chain Adjuster solves the issues associated with the stock auto chain tensioner on 2006-Later Dyna & 2007-Later Softail/ Touring models. The first moment the chain has enough slack into it to ratchet the shoe up another notch, and thus tightening the chain, it will. One notch tighter might not be an issue, but you don’t have any control of when this mechanism stops tightening the chain. The end result in many cases is the primary chain is so tight that it will start wearing out left side motor case bearings, inner primary bearings, clutch hub bearings and transmission output gear bearings. Baker's manual chain tensioner allows you to adjust the chain to the proper 5/8-7/8″ (cold) freeplay, and never have to worry about the chain getting too tight. Baker offers this chain adjuster for fitment with stock outer primary covers, as well as a package deal with the Bully Primary Cover.

Damaged Shipments:
Do not accept delivery from the carrier if the box has been damaged. If you can snap a picture of the damage and notify us ASAP we can replace the order right away. If you find shipping damage while opening your package be sure to keep all packing material and the shipping box so we can open a claim for you. Notify us right away so we start the process.
Missing Items or Wrong Item Received:
Keep the box, packing material, all shipped parts and contact us right away.
Warranties:
All products are warranted against manufacturer’s defects. Increasingly, many of our manufacturers handle claims directly to speed up the process of exchange or sending replacement parts. We’re happy to step in and get the ball rolling. Electronic parts must go back to the manufacturer for bench testing. Because issues are often solved over the phone with tech support, call the manufacturer first and be sure to get the name of whoever you speak with if you need to contact us.

applies to the lower 48 United States only.  Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, APO’s and Puerto Rico are not part of the lower 48 states and will be invoiced separately for shipping.
Most items will ship same day as long as the payment is received by
2 PM EST
. Otherwise the item will ship next day or in accordance with the handling time. Handling times do not include weekends or holidays.
Be aware of handling times prior to purchase. While most items ship out the same day this might not always be the case. Expedited shipping is available but must be arranged prior to shipment.
Shipping method will either be USPS or UPS and it is determined by Eastern Performance's customer service team based on the best price with the safe arrival of the package in mind.
